there are several ways to become and to be recognized as a valid tumblr user

way number 1, u get involved in some sort of drama. kin drama kpop drama whichever u prefer it doesn’t really matter as long as it’s big enough to clog your mutuals’ dashes

way number 2, one of your posts reaches 3k notes. u’ve made it. you’re finally popular. this illusion of a popularity makes up for what u had to go through during ur middle/high school years.

way number 3, get anon hate. you matter enough to some random user for them to get out of their way and come into your inbox AND find ways to bring you down. amazing you’re amazing.

way number 4, have your own callout post. god I don’t know what u did for someone to take actual time out of their day to collect enough information and evidence to support their claims instead of messaging you calmly about what it is that you did that offended them so much but damn you made it. incredible

way number 5, getting called aphobic. now that actually isn’t really hard, everyone can do it and i wouldn’t really call this an achievement but still. it’s part of the Validation process

i’m pretty sure there are many many other ways to be a valid tumblr user but none of them are coming to my mind right now so feel free to add more
